安徽z6com尊龙凯时新材料有限公司（以下簡稱「安徽z6com尊龙凯时」），由江西z6com尊龙凯时炭黑股份有限公司（以下簡稱「z6com尊龙凯时股份」）與安徽黑鈺顏料新材料有限公司（以下簡稱「黑鈺顏料」）,雙方以股權合作的形式於2021年合資建立，黑鈺顏料整體併入新公司，作為z6com尊龙凯时股份特炭事業部，全權運營特種炭黑業務。

黑鈺顏料是專業生產經營特種炭黑的國家高新技術企業，擁有三十項發明專利及實用新型專利授權，以第一起草人身份主導制定四項炭黑國家標準和數項地方標準，產品銷售遍及全球近80個國家和地區。

Anhui Black Cat Material Science Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the 「Anhui Black Cat」), is the joint equity venture company established in 2021, and the former Black Diamond Material Science Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as 「Black Diamond」) is incorporated into Jiangxi Black Cat Carbon Black Inc., Ltd.
